According to GVP Module VI the MAHs are obliged to continuously monitor the risk/benefit ratio of their products. In order to achieve that, MAHs are expected to perform a systematic literature review of globally acclaimed, widely used reference databases. Mediscribe Medical review specialists conduct meticulous searches through medical and scientific literature, applying their creativity to optimize search terms and ensure receipt of precise, complete information.

Our Medical literature review services:

  • Weekly routine plus ad hoc medical literature screening search output obtained by multiple reference databases
  • Standard search criteria to generate initial listings of references and abstracts
  • Abstracts screening by Mediscribe specialists to identify specific citations that are potentially reportable ICSRs
  • Concise and timely communications with the clients regarding such findings
  • Support in one-off projects, such as for example retrospective literature screening for PSUR compilations
